I am extremely pleased to announce that WINDFALL will have a Canadian broadcast premiere soon! Please tell everyone you know that may be interested, feel free to paste a link to the the information on your website or facebook page and tweet about it if you feel so inclined.
I hope the broadcast helps to motivate balanced, productive discussion about wind energy in Canada, and that the film can be seen by people unfamiliar with the negative aspects of industrial wind energy, so they can learn what so many affected communities are going through.
This broadcast happens a little over a year after the WINDFALL premiere at the Toronto Film Festival. I really appreciate all of your support and encouragement during this very challenging time… this could not have happened without you. I especially want to thank everyone for their patience.
I am so glad to be able to give this link to the CBC Documentary Channel with WINDFALL officially listed on the schedule!

WINDFALL got a mention in the Science magazine published for May 6, 2011 (Vol. 332). This is a very big step for the film; the first time it was featured in a magazine of this level. Check out the pictures here:

WINDFALL is already a part of Netflix’s DVD Queue. This must be a good sign, even though it has no distribution yet! We haven’t been in contact with Netflix about this, we just found it.
